Privacy Policy
At Axivozentranex S.R.L. (hereinafter, Axivozentranex) we process personal data of users of the axivozentranex.com site in accordance with Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic, its complementary rules and industry best practices. This policy describes what information we collect, for what purpose, for how long and with whom we share it.

2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you provide when filling in the contact form (name, email and message), technical navigation data (IP address, device type, operating system and browser) and data derived from the use of cookies according to the category you authorize through the consent banner.
3. Purposes
We use the data to answer inquiries received through the form, to improve the operation of the site, to comply with legal obligations or requirements from competent authorities of the Argentine Republic, to prevent fraud and, to the extent that you have given consent, to measure advertising campaigns and analyze the use of the site.
4. Legal basis
The legal bases of the processing are the free and informed consent given through the cookie banner for the analytics and advertising categories, the execution of a pre-contractual relationship when you contact us through the form, and the fulfillment of legal obligations or the legitimate interest of Axivozentranex in the security and proper functioning of the site.
5. Recipients and transfers
We do not sell personal data. We may share it with technology providers that act on behalf of Axivozentranex (hosting, email delivery, measurement and advertising such as Google Ads and Google Analytics with Consent Mode v2). When those providers have servers outside Argentina, we apply adequate safeguards under article 12 of Law 25,326.
6. Retention periods
Form data is kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it for a longer period. Navigation data and analytics cookies are kept for up to 14 months. Once the periods expire, the data is anonymized or deleted.
7. Rights of users
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and confidentiality of your personal data by sending an email to privacidad@axivozentranex.com. The AAIP (Agency for Access to Public Information) is the control authority in Argentina and you may file a complaint before it if you consider that your rights have been violated.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, activity logging and periodic review of providers. No system is infallible, so we ask you to notify us of any incident you detect.
9. Minors
The services are aimed at people over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you detect that a minor has sent us data, please contact us and we will proceed to delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory changes or service improvements. The current version will always be published on this page, with its update date. Substantial changes will be announced visibly on the site.
